Potential Class Members

The Class Definition as set out in the Statement of Claim consists of two classes, as follows:

1. Class A members: “Class A Members”, being Peter Aubrey Dennis and all other residents of Ontario and the United States or their estates who:
   
   
   1. suffered from compulsive gambling at anytime after December 1, 1999;
   
   
   
   2. signed the Self-Exclusion Contract (as defined in the Statement of Claim) at anytime during the period from December 1, 1999 to February 10, 2005; and
   
   
   
   3. were nonetheless permitted entry to one or more of the Gambling Venues (as defined in the Statement of Claim) after signing the Self-Exclusion Contract; and
   
   
2. Class B members: “Class B Members”, being Zubin Noble and all other living parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, siblings and spouses of the Class A Members entitled to claim damages arising from the fault or neglect of the OLGC under section 61 of the Family Law Act.
